Before the visit, Heidi pulls history, notes and results into one view and syncs your schedule. After it, one click sends the note to the record, applies codes and creates tasks. Referrals and patient handouts come out of the same session.

Evidence is the second product. Ask a clinical question and get an answer with citations you can open. Validated calculators run scores and show their working. Reading counts toward CPD or CME credit and logs itself. On paid plans, Evidence knows the patient in front of you and suggests sources live during the visit.

• Clinician: $150 a month, or $110 a month billed yearly. Adds advanced templates, patient and session linking, document sharing, coding, patient-aware Evidence, live suggestions, preferred and premium sources, priority support and flexible data retention.
• Teams: custom pricing. Team templates, team management, guided onboarding, EHR integration, single sign-on and a dedicated success manager.

Prices vary by country. UK clinicians pay £70 a month and Australians A$120. Some regions get a cheaper Scribe-only plan the US does not. Heidi Remote is a separate $399 purchase. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the billing period.

Is Heidi Health HIPAA compliant?

Yes, and it goes wider than most. Heidi states HIPAA compliance for the US and GDPR for Europe and the UK. It adds PIPEDA in Canada and the Australian Privacy Principles at home. It holds SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and says it uses continuous compliance monitoring rather than a yearly audit.

Audio is not kept. Heidi's FAQ says the recording used to make the note disappears once the note is done. Heidi says data stays in region, with Australian data stored in Australia.

Who is Heidi Health for?

Clinician is expensive. $150 a month is more than Freed's top tier, and the yearly rate of $110 is still above most rivals.

EHR integration sits on Teams in the plan table. A solo clinician on the paid plan copies notes across, or uses a self-serve connection where one exists.

The free plan's limits are vague. "Limited" is the only description of Ask Heidi and advanced templates on Free.

Prices hide behind a currency picker. The pricing page shows nothing until the page scripts run, and US clinicians pay the most of any region.

The Remote mic is an extra $399. Useful on a ward round, but not included in any plan.

Is Heidi Health worth trying?
