Teal is a resume builder and job tracker in one. You import a resume or a LinkedIn profile and tailor it to a job posting with AI. Every application then sits on a tracking board. The free plan has no resume limit and no download limit.

What does Teal do?

Start by uploading a resume or importing from LinkedIn. Teal splits it into sections and lets you drag experiences in and out per version. You can keep one master resume and spin off a tailored copy for each role. Export as PDF or Word, as many times as you like.

• Teal+: $13 a week, $29 for 30 days, or $79 for 90 days. Unlimited templates, keywords, analysis, email templates and AI writing, plus advanced design settings.

Do the arithmetic before you pick. Weekly billing works out to about $56 a month. The 30-day plan is half that. The 90-day plan is $26 a month and only makes sense for a long search.

Free AI runs out fast. Ten bullet credits and two summaries cover one resume, not a search.

The free keyword match shows only five keywords per job. The full list needs Teal+.

The claims are Teal's own. "Interviews 6x faster" and "10x more interviews" carry asterisks and no outside data.

There is no auto-apply and no interview practice inside the product. Teal tracks and tailors. You still apply by hand.

Is Teal worth trying?

Yes, and start on Free. Import your resume, run the analyzer, and build the tracker board. Most people get a better resume and a tidier search without paying anything.
